I had purchased a LED from Sargam Electronics , Narela and had taken extended warranty for it which was valid till NOV’2023. Now I am facing some issues with the LED and nobody is picking up the phone from Sargam Electronics now. I got to know that Great Eastern has taken over all their stores now and they have closed down. They have taken money from us for warranty till 2023 and now they are not reachable. Kindly help in getting the desired services from Sargam and panasonic is asking to pay for this.
