I have been an active user of Flipkart pay later for more than 3 years. I have never defaulted a single emi till now. Every time the bill in Flipkart pay later is generated on 1st of a month and due date is on 5th of that month. Recently I found that my credit score get affected due to a miss payment. IDFC First bank is behind Flipkart pay later. When I checked the loan account on IDFC bank app, I came to know that I have an overdue amount of 2,217 rupees. Also, I am paying every emi in time only. But, the flipkart (or) IDFC first bank neglecting my complaint, when I was call to flipkart customer care they simply told to me, please contact with IDFC first bank and I was call to IDFC first bank they should be also telling same, please contact with flipkart, no one is suffering only the customer has suffer the issue, if the customer was an perfect person also. it is impacting my credit score. Even after it, my credit score have not improved and banks rejected my loan requests showing this missing payment. I am really frustrated by the behavior of Flipkart and IDFC First bank. They are responsible for this situation. (Loan account no:- 34744354)
