I have upgraded my Fyp account to MAX account because the customer care guy said and in total from ordering the card to becoming a premium fyp user it costs me around ₹1500 then I applied for to upgrade my KYC in order to withdraw money from ATM , then they said that our guy will come on 28 may 2023 and today is 2 June 2023 no guy came to me or no phone call came to me and now their customer care is not taking my call ! FYP CARD NOT RECOMMEND FROM MY SIDE.
