My airtel prepaid number 9953130393 had no network since last 5 days. I have tried to register complaint many a times but there seems to be no way you can talk to customer care executive. Everytime it directs me to their app and since I have no network, I can’t even complaint on app. I have even emailed the complaint but it also asks me to register complaint on the app. I am really frustrated not being able to get connected to anyone, unable to make any online transaction as otp won’t be received without network.
