There was no network on my number idea since 26th sept 2020. (its old sim used on old phone)
raised complaint multiple times got no fix but complaint status resolved. got call saying all network issue fixed and i have to exchange the sim card and get new one and it will be free if i have not changed in last 3 months and said only have to carry sim owners document with me to change it. today i visited 2 stores of VI both places and got different responses. and i have to sim owner must be there and have to pay the charges then again called customer care 198 got response saying i have to pay the changes. and sim owner must be there so then I visited the shop with the sim owner & I have paid 100 INR . got the new sim.
now the new sim is still not working on old phone. It’s only working on new phone, called customer care 198 got a response saying buy a new 4G phone so it will work. and the phone disconnected by the person on the other side.
and 1 more thing everytime customer care says to cooperate. my number is not working since 26th sept 2020 everytime i get a date after 5 days and says this time it will be fixed how much more i have to wait for this.
and now my call is not getting connected to the care executive.

This is what I get when I select a manual network. Sometimes I get airtel, sometimes I get celloan network but it does not work.
Automatic selection not connect to any network
Can you please look into this.
