SIM Card not working since 8 Days. Firstly, many Airtel customer care centers informed that they cannot give new SIM since it was issued in Karnataka. I am currently in Pune. Then 1 Airtel office agreed and replaced new SIM. I have been waiting for more than 48 hours and SIM is still not activated. Now the Online Phone executive is asking me to Visit Airtel office where i got the new SIM and get 1 more new SIM. Do we have to leave our daily work and keep visiting your office for no fault of ours? Secondly some untrained executives who don’t use their brain ask me to call Airtel number from the SIM which is deactivated. How can this be possible? Kindly provide some good service so that customers do not have to suffer like this. What is the quality check you perform on the SIM cards ?
