Hi,
I had recharged jio sim No. 7021171164 on 27th January 2019 for INR 1101 for using these services in Dubai. However, during my stay at Dubai from 28th January to 3rd February 2019, I received absolutely no network for using Jio services. I tried all the possible solutions but the sim did not work at all. I had even raised this issue via email to [email protected] but no resolution was obtained. Accordingly request you to kindly refund me back the entire amount of INR 1101 since the same was not useful at all. The error message has been attached herewith for your reference.
