Ive not been able to use my airtel postpaid sim since 29th June. Neither internet not even basic calls. Even the airtel app help is of no help. Calling them is a waste. Im paying more than 600 per month wherein i can conveniently pay same amount and enjoy better services at much cheaper rate for almost 3 months in other networks like jio.
Either resolve my problem or ill switch my sim from postpaid airtel to jio and save my money and headache both. Airtel is getting worse day by day.
