Suddenly on 30 march 2020, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. I tried to restart my phone several times, inserted sim in another phone. But to no avail. There’s no representative when called on 121 and 198.
There is a lockdown in place due to corona virus, and i need to work from home. Due to my job I m staying aloan in a different city away from my family. My airtel contact number is the only means my family can contact me. I am in lot of stress as I have no means to contact my family or anyone as a matter of fact.
I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, or my sim to be replaced by airtel, delivered at my home address.
Kindly act fast and rectify the problem. It’s really pathetic to see that in such a situation airtel is causing so much trouble and pain to its customer.
