- I have been using Airtel postpaid SIM with number 8719001602. Past almost 10 days there is no network on the SIM. I have been paying my bills regularly. I have tried to contact all customer care number but they are not responding as I am calling from my alternate number. I have written two complaints through email also but no action has been taken so far. No nereby representative is also not helping. I have changed SIM to other phone also. My alternate number is 8763965745
