I have complaint about it many times. They always gave me a complaint number and says that it will be fix within 3-4 days . But nothing happens , no repairing has been done yet. At once they told me nothing can be done in your area, therefore I live in the center of the city. I can not even call or accesss the internet although I recharge it every in 3months. The poorest customer care I have ever seen.
