My jio number is 7982581811. from last 2 months no network in my mobile. i contact to customer care he said there in your area network signal is very low then i ask to him if network signal is weak then how other number of jio is working fine in our area. customer care executive have no knowledge for this so i not recharged this number. i complaint on twitter also but there is no response.
