I am very frustrated now with kind of service from Airtel. Since 19 days my service request is opened (90206383) and till now no response from Airtel.
Every time i only call airtel about status & airtel only having answer that your request is open , no update from network team we are going to escalate your case on higher priority. Till now at least more that 10 times Airtel has escalate issue on higher priority but still no outcome.
After 10 times escalation plus sent multiple mails to net@airtel.com , nodal officer, appellate office, Chief Regulatory Officer (Mr. Ravi gandhi) , called Mr. ravi gandhi but no response, called multiple times to nodal officer but no answer no progress.
No is bother to response on mail as well as on call. Dont know why Airtel appoint these guys.
On multiple followup some one from airtel came at home for survey , he collected the logs on that day itself but after 5 days also no response.
I am fed up with this kind of service , on 25th Apr i ported to Airtel & from 2nd day onwords facing such issue & facing such kind of pathetic service.
