Hi,
I am writing this letter regarding issues I have been facing with the company for more than a year now and I am tired of raising the issue with airtel calling on the customer service.
I have recently shifted to a new house and while construction was going on, I noticed there is Airtel Network Issues at the premises so i started raising complaints. We do get complaint no. by the airtel but after few days it shows the issues have been resolved and nothing has been done.
Now I have shifted and raised complaints again. Opted for Airtel One Plan as well. Its been 5 days no one has come for DTH upgradation. For network issues an executive came and checked that there is no network on the ground floor, first floor and Second Floor of the house. He told me he can make a request for Network Booster but nothing has been done yet.
Its been the worst of experience and that too a company like Airtel. Kindly escalate and look into the matter seriously. I am attaching few screenshots of recent complaints that are lying unresolved.
Strict action needs to be taken against the company where the customers who have been paying and using the services for years now. I have 2 postpaid and 3 prepaid connection along with DTH.
Kindly do the needful. I hope we can get a resolution from the company after this email else I will disconnect all connections asap.
