Even in a city like Udaipur (raj.) the network quality is so poor that nobody can connect through calls. Even the internet does not work . We invest atleast 500/- rs for plans in airtel and its a shear waste of money. Not even a proper and quick customer care service is available. The no given everywhere like – ‘111’ or ‘121’ just talks you through product but will not get you to talk to any customer support.
I want a proper network in my area asap. I work and have lost many clients because of this . I am so pissed of at there services. I want a solution or out of the network.
