This is in regards to my complaint for my prepaid number of airtel which is in zirakpur in punjab circle . I have been facing the issue of no network from last 7 days and even after my repeated attempts no resolution has been given by airtel so far . I have checked and performed all checks and processes in order to check any handset or settings fault but there is n fault in phone or settings and some issue with the sim. I want that the company either gives me a valid resolution at the earliest or i will be forced to take legal action which i don’t want to take being a old and loyal customer since 2011 . I urge company representatives to give me speed resolution on this.
