Text of Complaint by Tapan Kumar Das:

Dear Airtel…I m a defence person and I lossed my airtel SIM 9679578548 of West BENGAL region in Mumbai on 10 Sep 18. Then on 15 Sep 18 I went to the nearest airtel gallery at Craft Market Mumbai and asked for help. They swap my number and gave a new 4G Sim and assured me that the SIM will be activated 4 hours. From that day I m unable to use my number and I m not getting network .My SIM is active.I had complained various time at various gallery and Customer Care and No result till date. I M fed up with your response. That number is official and I use for banking purpose also the problem is very unbearable for me. I need the help immediately..please inquire the matter and call me back 9474247048.
