Dear sir,
I am Michael Jeya Samras X my mobile number 9677987954,I am using Airtel network more than 4 years. I am having network issue in my location so I had compliant on monthly basis but there’s no action will taken always they send some systematic replies and am waiting for any action will taken but no improvement.
Some days later the compliant will automatically erased without any information, now there’s no option is available for contact customer care staff the automatic voice recorder says complaint on Airtel thanks app but that’s also totally waste I had ever seen.
So kindly register my compliant and take some action
