Text of Complaint by Venkatesh:

Hi Team,

I’m Venkatesh from Bangalore,  I got ported from Vodafone to Airtel on July 11 for 2 numbers,  from day one there is no network in my location. Raised complaint on July 13th for 2 numbers #31-3179577413132 and 31-3181212251356.

It’s almost 40 days till no solution. I called customer care more than 30 times, sent email to 121, appelett,  nodal officer but no proper response. Struggling without network and also paid one month bill.  They are not giving port option and not giving waiver as well. Without using the network I already paid 600 rs which is not fare. In this current covid situation I don’t have money and no proper work as well, but because of this Airtel network issue I’m struggling more.

Could you please help me ASAP.
