I am having no network since morning. I am in Anna Nagar, Chennai 600040. I tried calling the call centre and I was asked to register in airtel app. However when I tried to install the app, OTP was required and since there is no network I am not receiving any sms.
I tried going online and registering a complaint, I am not able to do so. There is no such provision. I went to airtel showroom, and it is closed being a sunday. I tried calling the call centre to talk to customer care executive but not able to do so.
I have to do important bank work but not able to do as I am not receiving sms OTP and I am not able to make or receive calls. Service is very poor and no resolution.
