We have been troubled for last 3 days with no jio network. I had to take leave from office due to network issues while working from home and all my critical work got heavily impacted.

This is primarily due to irresponsible act, from service engineer, on deactivating the network distribution box that connects to my place.

The service engineer phone number is +917980201396. The said engineer called me to not raise any tickets and as such trying to hide any repercussions of conducting such irresponsible act or theft,if any. He tried to promise me that the issues will be resolved by 27th July first hour of the day.

I am trying to highlight this issue to higher authorities for you to check is there is any incident of theft at JIO side. 

I also demand for compassion of network unavailability days by extending the expiry day of my plan.  Kindly do the needful, before I next approach to TRAI.
