Respected Sir / Madam
I am chasing with Airtel since last one year. But Airtel is not taking this serious also not providing the solution. There is long email chain is going on but still there is not solution. Everytime they are saying place the sim 1st slot restart mobile, our team is working to resolved your issue it will get resolve in 10 days, log complaint through Airtel App. All noncens are happening but no mark of solution.
I also requested them if you are not able to give solution refund me the amount which I have paid in last year. They are not talking on that also.
It requesting you to there should be strong action against Airtel as we are not satisfied the service.
