I am using Airtel’s family plan from last 4-5 months, which includes 3 connections in total. From past 30-45 days, there has been no network in the area, as other airtel users are facing similar issue. I am unable to make or receive calls as there is no network bar on my phone. When i visit Airtel store nearby, the answer which i get is that they are aware of the issue but can’t communicate any timelines by which it will be resolved. Moreover, the funniest part is that i get an answer from employees at the store that there is no network in the store as well. I have only one question from Airtel in general, What am i paying for?
