I have been trying to connect with the airtel customer care number but it seems the number does not work. The pre recorded voice talks to me. I live in siliguri, darjeeling more, pin code (734001) and for more than a year i have been trying to complain airtel about network coverage problem.
Airtel only pays for advertisements saying it is India’s fastest network, but it seems the do not give a rats ass about problems we are facing.
First of all, provide the customers with proper customer care number that actually works and we can speak with a real person rather than a computer.
