We are working in a Government sector .
URBAN ADMINISTRATIVE BLDG (OPP.CIBA BLDG, 75,
Santhome High Rd, MRC Nagar,
Raja Annamalai Puram, Chennai,
Tamil Nadu 600028.
More than 1000 employees are using Jio prepaid connection .But we are facing lot of issue because of this poor signal inside the building . We are having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception. Check and resolve this issue at the earliest in order to avoid disconnecting from your network.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, you choose not to undertake the rectification work required by (date), I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint.
