Dear Team
I have given several complaints in airtel thanks app , where they are suggesting to register the complaints for airtel . Since February iam complaint the same and they are giving messages that the problem solved or your handset not compatable with 4g . i am using the same mobile since November 2019 even im using the same network . How come it will effect . even calling to 198 or 121 they are not assuring the services .. need solution. Iam using internet and voice calls for my small office and we are working from home due to covid .
