Text of Complaint by Rajesh Juneja:

I am fed up with network provider and started irritating when picked my iPhone to call and find no service, all callers are complaining that you have kept your phone not reachable/switched off. I mean i paid for the services which i actually didn’t get.

Airtel has to think in my locality if network is the challenge than they must install some towers near by so that we all get the take services from airtel. I had a conversation with many neighbor and they all are wanted a airtel tower in our street.

Please try to understand and resolve the network issue, this is my humble request otherwise i have to leave this number because i just port it out and dont have any option. I got lot of harm in my work due to no network.

Senior team please look into this and do the needful.

This is in reference to your email informing us about no network on your mobile number 9811362423.

I understand that not being able to use the service has inconvenienced you.

 

Let me understand the issue further. For the same request you to check for the following errors while making a call.

1.SIM Registration failed.
2. Invalid SIM.
3. Insert SIM or SIM not found.
4. SOS or Emergency calls only.

In case of any of the above mentioned errors, kindly insert your SIM in another handset and try and if you continue to get the same error then it could be a SIM related issue. Visit the nearest airtel relationship centre for a SIM replacement. For details, SMS ARC <pin code> to 121(toll free). You may also visit http://www.airtel.in/forme/arc/reach-airtel to find the details of nearest airtel store.

Do ensure to carry thebelow documents and fill in a SIM replacement form.
i. Proof of identity.
ii. Proof of address.
iii. Latest passport size photograph.

The new SIM will be charged at Rs.25 and will be activated within 4 hours from the time of purchase. To safeguard against any misuse the SMS service will be resumed after 24 hours of new SIM activation.

The old SIM will be permanently deactivated; all contacts and messages will be lost.

If you are receiving any of the below mentioned announcements, it could be due a temporary congestion in network as there are many people attempting to call at the same time or the number you are trying to reach is out of coverage area.

 

Then kindly try after sometime and you should be able to make calls.
i. All lines are busy.
ii. Call cannot be completed.
iii. Destination number is out of coverage area.

If none of the above errors or announcements are seen while making a call then in order to further check on your concern, request you to respond with the following details:

1. Location where you are facing the issue, do mention if any landmark nearby.
2. Alternate contact number so that the team can reach you.

As soon as I receive the above mentioned details, I will co-ordinate with the concerned team.

Iam still waiting for the response as still iam not getting even a single bar of network and nobody is following up with me regarding network.

This is the worst service of airtel and nobody is bothering about it.

 

 

Why there is no network tower installed in my home area.

Why you are not providing network booster.

 

 

Kindly resolve this issue on priority basis.

Dear team

This is to inform you that i have port out my vodafone number to airtel by today and another number of mine would be port by 7th sep.

i just reached at my home and find there is not a single bar of airtel network.

I tried so many attempt for vodafone network but they are failed to provide the network at my home town.

I have purchased many apple devices and vivo phones. Nobody is able to provide me an appropriate network for receiving an call.

I have requested for two vodafone number portability, since there is not a single network bar by airtel, i think i would stop all  seven Vodafone numbers port request’s due to no network coverage at my home town.

I have lot of expectations with airtel but again Iam disappointed.

Now iam going to close this number as iam not able to leave airtel till 9 months(as per trai regulations).

I will escalate this issue to higher authorities because no one is providing me the better services in fact every support service caller is trying to give their best but no one is trying to understand the problem I am facing.

I pay for the services but did not get that.

Why not an single network shown in this new device, tried all possible actions asked by all (outlet & cust.care)

Not happy.
