I have been raising complaints since November 2018 but there is no solution provided till date. All though they have been charging for the same 1 have paid the bill for last 4-5 months, but now I denie to pay even single penny as I am unable to use the services. Every single time i call them I am being assured that they resolve the problem in 7 days.
I am not paying bill till the time my complaint is resolved neither I want my services to be stopped.
Hence I would like to file complaint against Vodafone telecom & Idea Vodafone telecom.
