I am using number 9820972757 this was a Vodafone number ,then Airtel offers me to port from Vodafone with 399 plan and Rs 100 off till 12 months . The plan was 20 GB + 10 GB 4G data every month.
I switched and soon after i realized at home I am not getting 3 G speed even and Max. 2 tower. I compailnt for the same in March 18 they stopped me saying there is no immidiate solution for you compalain. You have to wait.And they are escalating the issue to higher authorities.
Day by day i am getting the same answer.then they started saying we have given you the offer because you are not getting network.
After 9 months even i am facing the same issue and still they are saying there is not immidiate solution.
My question is why should i pay for which the company has committed for.
When i say i i wi not make payment they gives the threaten of CIBIL score and disconnection of number.
2nd question, utill when i have keep paying when they are not doing anything.
