Dear Sir/Madam,
My post paid no is 9711777285.
I have raised a complain of network and internet regarding issue on 21January and 23 January. My complain no is 89407759 and 89379730. Still my complain has not been short out and no date of solution is provided by them. I have called them lots of time and after 3 or 4 day in the name of process, they send a enginier and he also told me network proble. But still no solution. You undesrtand with out any network , i am serviving more than 20 days, so frustrating. I have write down a mail also and send them reminder also today but no solution.
So , kindly take care my request and please help me in this.
