I don’t have network on my postpaid airtelnairtel since start of feb 2020, I have paid bill during start of March… Still no network.. i tried reaching customer care.. but due to corona outbreak customer care agent was not available.. I gave a complaint through “airtel thanks” on May 19. which showed tshould have been resolved by may 27… But it’s still pending.. I am still receiving bill payment notification through the app.. but my complaint is not solved yet… I have not paid the bill since 27/3/2020.. but am willing to do so if I my number starts again.. please check into this situation
