I am Airtel customer for the last 6 years obtaining 2 nos post paid and 2 prepaid, now a days it has been frequent issue no service/no network from Airtel. I am from Bangalore, resides @ JP Nagar which is in southern part and heart of the city. And there is no access to voice nor data. Being such a reputed base and not able to provide service in a heart of a city, what kind of service is this? For your reference i am enclosing the screenshot of the open network from Airtel app indicates no voice or data in this locality.
If Airtel cannot provide service do let us know, will switch over immediately. Because it is impacting my work as i work from home at times and there is no network on my phone. I am severely impacted because of airtel poor service. You give ads stating network is available in mountains in ladakh but not available in city you should have mentioned it.
Just now i received a message from airtel stating the issue is fixed. what a false solution being provided. It isn’t working and i have borrowed the internet from my neighbour who uses Jio. Finally airtel has made beggar as well.
