Myself and my family are all Airtel users and we have Airtel Landline and broadband connection as well at our residence. we are facing challenges with regards to “No Network” at our residence from last one years. Several times have we lodged the complaint but they suggested us to change the sim/handset etc. which was already done by us. Still we face challenge with our network which is causing us hamper in our day to day activities even though we are paying them over all INR 3000 every month for 3 mobile connections and Landline and Broadband connection as well. The only solution is that Airtel to provide us with a network booster which their team member Mahima suggested us. This can be placed easily in our premises but when the installment of booster got unnecessary delayed I wrote to their CEO Office where I was told by a supervisor “Manoj” that Their Finance Head has disapproved booster without any clear reason. When i tried resonating this with their associates they did not provide me with any clear answer all the more started absconding. Till date I do not have network at my residence but no one is doing anything about it. Their CEO Gopal Vittal, Chairman – Sunil Mittal are all marked in my email but no one bother to read them. Need immediate resolution as my family is harassed on daily basis because of no network.–
