With the subscription “Seller Super Assure / MoneyBack Plan” which assures of money back in case of no “Buyer” for my apartment. But after a few days, a mobile phone user who is termed as “BUYER” by NoBroker appears and gives a token advance money to “BUY” but rejects the house within a day. NoBroker guys immediately terminate your plan and you are on your own having lost your money when in fact there was/is no buyer. For NoBroker, anyone with a phone is a “BUYER” and they do not even have to wait for a sale agreement for terminating your plan.
