Dear Sir/Madam,

I request urgent attention of the concerns for the captioned numbers doesnt have network at all since the day these numbers are port from vodafone.

I was having Pooja from Airtel contacting continously before portability. Now she is not answering my calls even. I want the solution at earliest.

Please dont cheat the customer this way. I suppose Vodafone is far better than Airtel. I want either my numbers to be disconnected from your service , if you are unable to provide me the solution or get me the full network availability so that number is contactable.

I hope my complaint doesnt fall to deaf ears & i get a call back with solution.Also to note the person while porting these numbers have collected 50 Rs each.

I understand thru this gesture that employees are not provided incentives hence they act in such way with customer.

Better dont promote your product or SIM with false promises thru call centre personels who doesnt responds to call after their target is complete.

I wont mind speaking other level if my queries are not handles.
