Dear Airtel,
I am writing on behalf of M/S Siddhartha Press, located at B-49, Naraina Industrial Area, phase-2, New Delhi-110028. We have been using Airtel services since the late 90s, but we are currently facing severe network issues within our building.
All of our connections are with Airtel, but they are not functioning properly. In this digital age, a significant amount of business is conducted through email, WhatsApp, and mobile communication. Unfortunately, due to the lack of network coverage, we are experiencing a great deal of inconvenience and financial loss.
We kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter. One possible solution could be the installation of a booster at your expense within our premises. Alternatively, we would appreciate any other feasible solution you can provide.
