Hi,
I recently did plan change to Rs. 649. I am able to get mobile internet on 9845912269 but not on 9980812269.
Its been frustrating past three days as nobody from your customer care team is able to resolve it. I have already called Airtel 121 more than 5 times to resolve this.
Also, under the plan your advertisment says ‘add on connection with unlimited calls. Nobody is able to tell me how I can get this add on sim.
