Airtel is not able to resolve a simple service request for a full one month now. And now for the last one week, I do not have mobile data on my phone. This is causing me extreme distress and inconvenience.
Every time I speak or talk to any one, they have only one answer, ‘we will call you back in 24 hours’. And the 24 hours never come. Now the situation is such that the service executives lie also about what they do.
I don’t have any clue how to escalate this further.
