My sim is 5 months old. Phone is new, software updated, restarted many times, network reset done 3 time, reinserted sim 3 times, still it shows only eand no data is ok, it’s not even in 4g tried sim in alternate phone it says the same. I need to speak with a human or ll complaint this formally through legal help u guys need to have a proper customer care to speak with an agent. I need internet for emergency I have sick parents.
