Hello, my name is Apurba Banerjee from Durgapur, West Bengal. On 18th and 19th July, 2020 I had placed two orders and had received the messages respectively mentioned that when the package will be out for delivery, it will be notified by a message. It is been 10 days I haven’t received a single message from their end also when I am trying to check their website, it is coming wrong URL address.
I have paid a total amount of 997 and have done an online payment to it. My order no.s are 7269 and 4356.
There are no contcat no.s to whom we can reach out to and also it came to my notice that a lot other people did complain about the same.
I request you to please look into the matter seriously and take necessary actions regarding the same. Such websites should be banned because they are simply harassing people by transacting money.
