I would like to bring to your attention the highly disappointing experience I have had with the Unacademy Plus subscription for BITSAT courses. Despite my subscription, I have not received any live classes as promised. My attempts to reach out to the support team have been met with limited responsiveness, with most of my inquiries going unanswered. In addition to this, some members of the support team have displayed rudeness and lack of professionalism. Even when I did receive a response, it was a generic automated email that did not address my concerns. To make matters worse, my refund request was rejected without any valid explanation. This lack of proper response, unresponsiveness, and rude behavior has left me feeling deceived and disregarded. I seek a refund for the subscription fee and hope that this matter is addressed appropriately to prevent others from experiencing a similar ordeal.
