I’m really upset with Airtel Team,there was an issue with me and my family as it is lockdown due to which I couldn’t recharge my Airtel numbers before the validity expired,but when I’m trying to recharge my number I need to receive an OTP on my existing mobile number ,but the idiot Airtel Team isn’t even making it possible to receive the OTP message on my number because my balance is over.
In this time of crisis, Jio, Vodafone, idea everyone has extended validity till lock down, and this stupid Airtel Telecom Company is creating trouble for customers rather than supporting them, can’t they even make a favor to receive messages so that one can get OTP to recharge because it’s not possible to go out to retailers in such time, all shops are closed the city is sealed .
How can I recharge my number? In such case, Alright let the stupid company do whatever I hate this disgusting service management, because when I’m trying to reach them they aren’t available.
