I had purchased a JioFiber connection and after 3 days of working, there is completely no connectivity. I have tried every possible measure to contact Jio, but still there is no response from them.
I tried calling on their customer care number, but no one picks up the call, even for hours.
I tried to file complaint via their email id, but still didn’t got any meaningful response.
I tried their twitter handle, but still no response.
It has almost been a week as of now, but I see no sign of response from Jio.
Please help me out, either in getting the problem corrected.
