I lost jio internet service on 21st may 2020 at 10:30 am .I then waited for 24 hours and called jio customer care +91-1800-889-9999 and lodged a complaint on 22nd may 2020 (SR0000116).
Since then i did not recieve any resolution i tried using jio chat support there is no one available, i emailed jiofibercare@jio.com no response.
I called the customer care everyday and what i get is to wait for 24 hours, but nothing happens i call them again next day and again someone says to wait for 24 hours but nothing happens.
I need internet to work from home not for entertainment purpose which most of Indian citizens are doing at the moment.
Everyday i dont work due to no internet i dont get paid and if this continues i might loose my job
