Hi,
we purchased jio air fiber service on 16th Oct 2023 by paying Rupees 8600 ( 6 months Advance payment )
from the day one there is no proper service we took 100 Mbps plan and speed is like 14 to 20 Mbps . tried reaching to jio customer care but no resolution so far.
