I ordered two shoes from the website. I ordered through express delivery. I paid 30% of the amount rest was cash on delivery. I saw the item entered the Delhi facility through Shiprocket. On the day of delivery they didn’t contact me and wrote there that customer refused the order. Then they have sent back the items back to origin. No one is replying to my messages and email. They don’t have a proper contact number.
