I was ordered 02 Logitech K230 Wireless Keyboard amounting Rs 1498.00. And the same has been shown delivered in my Amazon login. However, said item not received me and no call were received from Amezon for said delivery on 21 Feb 20. I was complaint raised against amezon on 25 Feb 20. However, Amazon informed me that being info feedback received from their team. Further, I was call Amazon in every 10 to 15 days. In Apr 20 amezon info me that your amount refund in 4 to 5 days. No amount received from anezon. Further, I was call again in Amazon in the month of May 20, Amezon said that their team submitted report that item was delivered. No help provided by by Amazon, no refund, no item received from them.
