To whome ever it may concern.
We have an exporting company in karur and we do call to all over the countries.so we want Isd facility. Before we are the customers of Vodaphone and recently we changed to airtel with about 10 connections..at first the service from airtel is very good but now we are very much disappointed about the service..Now the problem is there is no ISD facility for our connections.I contacted Ms Priya(Madurai)(mob:+91-7339555287),and MrDeepan(Salem)(mob:+91-9566399663),priya is not picking up our phone call and deepan was disconnecting our call and they are giving us the wrong commitment.
So now we are planning to change our connections back to vodaphone or jio now they are assuring us good service,plans and facilities.
So please send me the procedure for disconnecting all the connections..
