I am facing issue in downloading the invoice of my washing machine that I have purchased from Flipkart in 2015, so I have called the customer support and after 3-4 days of escalation they said they don’t have the invoice and they will ready to reimburse the cost of part replacement (I have mail regarding the reimbursement offer from Flipkart). When I called the LG for the service they send a technician and they try to fetch the bill from serial number mentioned on the washing machine but what they found that this product is manufactured in October 2015 and I have bought it from Flipkart in December 2015, but as per the record in LG it was bought in June 2015, so they denied any kind of services and asked for the invoice
