It is pathetic when comes to resolving complaints. I registered the complaint on 8th July with I’d 31-3142591597335 but still I am waiting to get resolved. Most of the times slow speed and sometimes no net. When it comes to payment, fortnight before they will start reminding their customers and if bills are not paid in time ,they are bound to pay late payment charges. If a customer is not able to use their services for which he is paying same deficit should be levied on them. Whether they provide services or not customer is bound to pay the payment at the beginning of every month. This loot must be stopped. These companies are acting like organised mafias .
